Upon This Rock is a movement began by our Lord Jesus Christ over two thousand years ago being walked out by two churches: Beach UMC and The Church of Eleven22. The goal of this capital campaign is to launch two healthy churches. Two separate churches, one shared source of financial support.

Our name comes from the portion of scripture in Matthew 16 where Jesus essentially kicks off His movement of believers with Peter’s confession of faith. Over two thousand years later we stand on the same public proclamation, that “Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the living God.”
